Super intense, crushing inferno of static/noise assaults from Power Monster.  "Love Is A Lie" is a fucking destroyer of an album, 28 minutes of incredibly severe electronic detritus and filth crafted into a monument of anger and violence, a torrential downpour of lurid and hateful sound that simply does not let up for even a moment.  No respite, no breathing room-just pure and unadulterated rage filtered through a wealth of disorienting and painful tonalities and textures.  True and utter brain obliteration.  Most HNW seems weak when laid next to this one-this is a project that wants pain and suffering visited upon listener without mercy.  I hope you can handle it, because this is the true fucking NOISE.
